Waste all the time and money you want on this, I really don't care one way or the other. Don't you think cars sit outside most of the winter all over, including dealer lots?
LOL. In the last 45 years I have had 5 Mustangs, 2 street rods, 2 classic Ford Pickups, several 4x4s and 2 Corvettes. I have experienced flatspotting first hand, but if it never happened to you, I must have been hallucinating. You guys are so funny.
I guess what you don't understand is that most flatspotting is temporary and not all that noticeable. It does happen to cars on dealer lots. All the time. Putting a few pounds extra pressure doesn't take all that much time and money and can prevent flatspotting.
Been storing cars during the winter, in unheated garages, for close to 40 years. "Old scud" tires, on OE wheels, whenever possible, or 40 LBS. of air in the tires and 2 12"x12" pieces of carpet under each tire, if old wheels and tires aren't available.
To those suggesting jack stands, consider this. Unless you place the stands under the a-arms, and load the structure of the car in the way it was designed to be loaded, you run the risk of "tweaking" the car's structure...
I won't consider a battery tender. Too big a risk of fire, especially since my garage is attached to my house.

That's something to be mindful of. Another suggestion I have would be to, if possible, remove all 4 tires once up on jack stands. Not only does this removes the weight of the vehicle on the tires, but it also lessens the weight put on the suspension with the vehicle being off the ground.
