Default How I got here

There were more going back but the most recent couple were my 08' R32, and 99' 911 Carrera. I have always been into German cars and kind of just fell into the Z06. Actually a 911 is still what I consider my all time favorite car, just not the base model I had I found out. At a point the R32 was my feasible dream car with the 911 kind of being the stretch. Then, when I was 22 I found a 911 and everything checked out, it was actually cheaper on insurance. After that I did the unthinkable, I test drove a C5Z. Knowing I would never want a Corvette I thought it would be harmless. The Z06 is just as capable as the 911, with a ton more power, so that kind of sealed the deal. Maybe someday I will be able to put a 911 Turbo next to it and have the best of both worlds, until then I think I can manage with just the Z06

Nice Z06, I also have a black Z ('04) but I have matte black wheels.
Still have my 325i (due to repairs too $ to do, it "became" my winter car). I get where people like Porsche, gotta respect the brand.
Nice scenery, where are you? I like the rolling green hills.

That was the big thing with the Porsche. I didn't have it long enough for it to leave me stranded but some preventative maintenance was spendy and modding was insane. I want to have another but I can't give up the Z06.

I'm in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Don't be fooled that's probably our only hill and doubles as our local "ski slope" if you can believe that.

LOL, love it. And I still think it looks nice. The one thing I miss from Vancouver where I grew up so many years back is green. We are at the northern tip of a desert, so if you ain't watering, it ain't green. That said, we get very little precip, good trade IMO.
Many ski mountains around here, big ones.

All of my cars are black. Well, they all "were" until I bought the Yella Terra '03 Z. Must say, your Black C5Z looks SWEEEEET !

Polished or chrome alcoa Z wheels look great on a freshly waxed black C5Z! Nice .. I'm thinking black again for next year.. just when I was decided on QS or EB. Just black needs more attention more often. lol C5Z's are becoming rare around here the last couple years. Dozens of C6Z's and hundreds of C6's ( coupe/vert) and dozens of C7's.

I appreciate the compliments haha. The pictures kind of do the car justice, its actually kind of beat up. Just about 90k miles and I drive the thing hard. I do have heads, cam, and injectors sitting for it that I need to get done see what I can do for power.
