Perform a search for "ACA" and you will find many threads about these HID projectors for the C5 Corvette. Many of us have already performed this mod. Matched up with my HID fogs and LED switchback corners, I have plenty of 4300 temp clean white light! I rarely use my brights any more so I kept them hologen and only use them for flash to pass.

I bought my HIDs from JW Motoring. They have great customer service and are very helpful if you run into any problems. Mine are the 55 watt, 5000K with the Hi-4 harness that keeps the low beam HIDs on when you switch to high beam. Lots of white light.
Low beams.

Many customers have tried cheaper options claiming the price point of our products was too high, but ended up spending more to upgrade bit by bit rather than getting the best product to start.

A related lighting question: is there a comparison anywhere between HID systems a la Radioflyer or Sun Guns and the use of C5 Euro-spec headlight units with 130w/80w bulbs? I've seen people refer to both as great, and before and after pics show it, but I have never seen a comparison between the two options.

The T-84 (euro spec) headlights have a slant-cutoff to them. They are the best halogen alternative to projectors, but suck a LOT of power and you're still stuck with the halogen yellow color.

Projector optics have the capacity to have a sharper cutoff (there is more light being projected at a distance) and a brighter hot spot at the top dead center (more light being projected at a distance. With a projector, you are throwing the most light at what is furthest away which helps you to see longer distances at night.
