I would like to know if any one has ever bought brake rotors from a company called BRAKE PERFORMANCE?. they are a company out of cal. their prices are great. U.S. made. I would like to purchase drilled rotors, and ceramic brake pads. thanks Gino.
I did check them out, and they seem to have good prices, but I went with Brake Motive in the end.
Brake Motive is 30% less expensive for dimple-drilled/slotted, but Brake Performance does have black hats if that is your preference, whereas Brake Motives are polished.
I went with Brakemotive and the zinc coating started pitting within the first year. Of course it's not covered by any kind of warranty either. I have no problem with the rotors themselves, just with the poor quality of the coating they use as a selling point.

Like I stated above, I've had no issues with pitting.

Which is fine for you, I wish I'd had the same luck. I had issues with all four rotors. I wasn't responding to you or I'd have quoted you; I was responding to the OP and providing him with my experience. It's always good to hear multiple perspectives.
About 5 years ago, I bought 4 drilled and grooved rotors from an ebay listed company for $99, no tax no shipping....I figured, what the heck, all 4 of them were less than 1 OEM rotor.
anyway 70 000 miles later, they are still fine, no scoring , no warping...
