been there done that long time ago dude...lol, but they do enhance the rear view of the C5 especially in today's automotive market with all the crazy modern day light designs.
Words are more disrespectful considering how they are used. Times continue to change and language evolves. Yes I agree, there are ways of speaking and words that can be disrespectful given the person, subject, the way they are used, etc.
IMO, "dude" is hardly disrespectful but I can see it is yet another thing that bothers you ET.
I guess what I'm trying to say is whatever dude, I'm just going to pull the trigger here and say that I'm not feelin' you on this one...
The "kids "in this forum, and there are plenty, can laugh, and the adults can measure the immaturity by the level of disrespect.

Uh huh, if you say so ET.
Beware of the "know it all syndrome". Sometimes a person's biggest challenge to overcome can be a complacent, over-confident, arrogant, expert-attitude and mentality that can develop under the surface of "lofty" credentials and years of service in a specific area. Don't let it be you.
The arrogance of age must submit to be taught by youth.
Is that a "feature" or a "bug"?
I realize it's fashionable to whine about the inadequacy of the C5's headlights, but is it really a problem out back too? Given that we drive around in cars that put us eyeball-level with other people's taillights, you'd think we'd have just a bit of sensitivity to how annoying and distracting overly bright taillights can be.

Nope...I like to look in my rear view mirror and see faces lit up like fireballs.....

you must not have been behind any new Cadillac vehicles lately...those halo's don't even come close in brightness
These lights do a good job in bringing the C5 into modern times. I was behind a C5 today and those stock lights look straight out of the 90s. It really makes the car look its age.
