I installed JWMotoring's halos on the rear of my '04. As long as the engine is running, there is no hyperflash issue. I did not install LEDs on the front, so I can't address any problems there.

I agree that this is one of the best safety mods out there. I can light up a stop sign from four blocks away at night. Also, the halos will alert the driver behind you when direct sunlight might overpower conventional brake lights. These are easily installed; less than 10 minutes per light (except for the additional time looking for the screw I dropped under the car).
