Beholding good condition my car kit, 90mm throttle injectors and soft budy c6 software (software built by the previous owner no precise information for me) is available. Hello to you and welcome to the brotherhood! I will admit the above was a little rough but I get most of your questions. The good thing is that you seem locked in on LG Motorsports which is a good thing. I think you would be best served by emailing them directly and let them respond to you accordingly. Good luck!

Could be because of the holidays. Could try giving them a call too. They are on Central Std Time. Now I will try to answer a couple of the questions that I can. It appears that you plan to keep stock cubes and if so then I would use 1-3/4in headers. Since they are stainless you do not need to ceramic coat them. I have done it both ways and like the look of the coated headers after a couple of years. However, you have to be under the car the really appreciate it so I say save the money for other mods. Hi-flow cats are really good now days. I vote to get them also. Have no direct experience with insulation or 3" exhaust so I will leave those alone. Best of luck.

Don't ceramic headers reduce under hood temperatures?

From my experience it is minimum at best on a stock cube car. All other variants I do not know.

Given your stated horsepower goals stay with 1-3/4" headers. Headers alone will give you a slight bump in sound (that is if you have cats). It sounds like you want more than that so you will need to go with a good exhaust. Corsa, Borla, LG's 3in, etc will deliver what you are after. Go to each vendors site and listen to each because they are very different in sound.
