What do you mean stays on like stays blinking or your DRL stays on. If your Ignition is in the on position your DRL's will stay on that's normal. You can pull the fuse under the hood to shut off the DRL lights and they will still function as turn signals. I think its fuse #2 also may refer you to A2 which is same thing. Hope this helps if not we will carry on.
Might try reading your owners manual This is what it says in mine.
Exterior Lamps
Daytime Running Lamps
Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) can make it easier for
others to see the front of your vehicle during the day.
DRL can be helpful in many different driving
conditions, but they can be especially helpful in the
short periods after dawn and before sunset. Fully
functional daytime running lights are required on all
vehicles first sold in Canada.
The DRL system will make the front turn signal lamps
come on when the following conditions are met:
The ignition is on,
the headlamp switch is off and
the parking brake is released.
When the DRL are on, only the front turn signal lamps
will be on. The headlamps, taillamps, sidemarker and
other lamps won’t be on. Your instrument panel won’t
be lit up either.
To idle the vehicle with the DRL off, set the parking
brake while the ignition is in OFF. Then start the
vehicle. The DRL, headlamps and parking lamps will
stay off until you release the parking brake.

Nobody reads the Owners Manual anymore, they all run to the internet. THough I was the last to actually read it.

Thanks for the info it worked , the lights stay on they dont blink only when i use to turn signal. so something is wrong with the DRL system. i got the car a year ago and the guy that had it kind of screwed with it so i have been fixing and repairing a few things , this is my first time on the forum i will get better at this , if the system works does it auto open the headlights when dark. the computer does not show dwilight to turn off or on to disable it, but the fuse worked. so these lights will stay on all the time . I am more of a body man than a wire nut . so thanks again for the infor and drive safe. fuelspill
