Default Amp 12v line

I'm doing a double din install that I got through Double D mods. So far everything is going pretty well. The question I have is I'm adding a subwoofer and amp to the rear compartment, Ive got all the wires run and the sub installed but how do you hood up the 12v line to the battery? I've got the side mount style battery and cant figure out how to hook up the line. Any pics or suggestions that would help would be great.

Thanks
Tim

Good to know, I am always amazed at the depth of your knowledge!

In the passenger foot well there should be 3 auxiliary power wires in 97-03 C5s.

Orange wire taped off. Always powered from Fuse #7 (20 Amp). This Fuse/wire is shared with the cigarette lighter.

Orange wire to a connector. Always powered from Fuse #1 (20 Amp). Wire not shared with anything.

Yellow wire taped off. Powered from ignition switch when "On". Powered from Fuse #11 (20 Amp). Not shared with anything.

Only caution to add is to look a the fuse(s) on the amp and check the amperage. If its a decent size sub amp the shared 20 amp feed is not gonna cut the mustard.
