Thinking about customising my interior...
Black Carpet (oem), Gray Lloyds floormats with logo, Black / Gray custom covered seats, Black / Gray door panels (oem), Black / Gray shifter cover, e-brake cover, console cover and Gray seat belts. Also might get the steering wheel custom black and gray and also the other little pieces such as the glove box, knee bolster, etc. to match.
Also since I have a double din, I was thinking about custom painting it Mag. Red to match the car and also make the black and gray a little more interesting hehe...

Josh painted my double din to match my Sebring Silver exterior. Great touch. Really set off all the other interior mods I have done before and since.

PS: I don't know if my explication was clear for a US guy because I 'am french so English is not natural for me

A double din is used to add an aftermarket head unit, that gives you a Navigation screen, and in most cases provides Bluetooth technology, HD Radio, Sirus radio, a Back up camera screen, the ability to play DVD's including HD movies. so a passenger in your car could watch a movie... this feature could be distracting to a drive, but the ability is there. The head unit can provide hands free texting, alerts to excessive speed via the Nav unit.. audible turn by turn navigation etc.. Hands free phone connection both in receiving and in sending, audible send and receive texting all hands free
If you need to find a gas station, restaurant, or drug store in an unfamiliar area... it will audibly tell you how to get there. A double din with head unit will bring your car into the 21st century.. many members here have upgraded their C5 to this modification.
Here is the stock din and a half in my car:

Hope this help with the question on double din

I've been toying with the idea of lightening the color of my MSG gray/black interior by changing most of the black bits to a medium-dark gray, doing the seats in gray/black two-tone, and leaving the other current light-gray bits alone.
GF's 2005 Buick is also MSG, but uses a medium gray for dash and door panels: it just feels a bit airier than the C5 as a result. (Not having a black headliner also seems to make a lot of difference, so I may start with that just to get my feet wet.)
