The free one is a great deal. The only advantage (NCM) I can see is that if you don't know where the car was originally delivered, the NCM version will have that on there. I bought the NCM version several years ago and it also came with a build sheet.
True, but it will be just like the original and comes with a build sheet.
And it supports the museum. A good thing to do. I have them for both of my cars. I did get the member price though. The Vettes are the only vehicles I have not bought new for many years. So I have the originals for the rest of our vehicles off the windows. But these are perfect and peeled off the glass like those.
I do not think the NCM still offers the window stickers, though I got mine before they stopped. They do still offer the build sheets.
just bought the car so right now free is good.maybe down the road I will buy the real thing.do you need to take the front bumper off to get the build sheet.thanks again.
[QUOTE=Chicago1;1588785192]Get the one that's in the frame behind the front bumper..
Is that paper sheet just folded up and stuffed in there, not protected in a plastic baggie or anything? How does it survive after all those years when you go to retrieve it? It's like a buried time capsule.

yes, not much really gets inside there but dont expect it to be perfect but it's kinda cool like a hidden treasure.
