Just my 2 cents. I had this exact problem last year. Tried changing the clutch fluid... no resolution. I was afraid it was the slave but, luckily I just changed the master and all was good. I used the OE part but as I recall there is a much better aftermarket part. I can't remember the manufacturer though. I heard it was of much better quality than GM's plastic one that came with our cars.
Bit of advice. There is a lock pin that secures the hydraulic line to the master cylinder. Don't bother trying to punch it out. You'll be there all day. Just drill it out and get on with the replacement.
From what I read the return spring in the master cylinder is prone to failure. I don't like taking stabs in the dark but, this one worked out for me. It's a pretty simple system so only a few things can go wrong. Just start with the easiest, you know?

You say you changed your fluid. That would mean you bled the system. Is that what you did or did you just remove and replace the reservoir fluid which would leave the slave unaffected?
What was the color of the fluid you removed?
