Congrats but please don't announce the winners in your post title.
Call it a Spoiler Thread 24 Hours Daytona.
Great day for American Sports Car Racing, 9 of the 12 overall podium steps had American manufactures standing on them. Chevrolet, Ford and Dodge, keep pushing each other to make better race and street cars.
Big Congratulations to Jan for getting his 1st 24 Hours of Daytona win!!
Don't be....people should know by now that logging on to live media you are taking that chance of seeing a post. I record lots of races and watch them first before logging on a site that is guaranteed to have something about it already posted.
The Aston Martin Racing flag was free at Sebring and my son and his buddy were thrown out of the Porsche Corral for waving them, it's a whole different type of owner with a Porsche. The Jake flag was originally purchased at LeMans.
LOL
I love the fact your son was waving that flag in the Porsche Corral! And you have some pretty cool race memorabilia in the garage and like most cool stuff you can't buy it. I don't remember which race it was, but it was after the Corvette hospitality/corral was finished and folks had left, but they left behind the Corvette Racing streamers/flags, so grabbed it. I have 30 feet of it hanging in my garage now.
