Default Great Days

The last 2 days have been GREAT for a cruise in North Colorado. High 60's/Lows 70's. Hope all vettester's have the same good luck.

Mid-60's here in St. Louis today so I had mine out most of the day! Didn't drop the top but saw plenty of convertibles out there with theirs down! Wish I could have gotten pictures, but was kinda funny - first on the interstate a brand spankin new all white Porsche of some sort - not sure exactly what model, but some new breed of the 911 look, it was a souped-up model too, pulls up and wants to race. I'm not the racing type (especially in traffic) but I did speed up some to keep up as he must have ran it up to at least 110 or so. Then I get off the highway and what pulls up right next to me? An all white C7 w/ Black wheels and red calipers - really nice looking car, and he wants to go too! I did floor it off the line just to see him do it and it was fun to watch!

Great day of driving in February! Now I'll have to go wash the salt dust off it tomorrow.

Got right at 70* here today, but the roads still have lots of salt on them from last Wednesday when they were calling for snow and the city salted the road as a precaution. So, the car sat in the garage for another day.

It was in the 40's here yesterday, which helped melt a little of the 19+ inches of snow we got last week. My brother lives in Colorado Springs and he sent me a picture of his in-car thermometer just to rub it in. The rat bastard!

Scottsdale's about 80 in the afternoon - - -50 at night . . .for the foreseeable future . . . pretty nice and one of the reasons we relocated from Ohio back in the 90's.

Not here...we're getting drenched in CA. Badly needed water so it's all good. Car is staying in the garage so it won't melt.

Houston was in the 70s, so took the vette to Galveston to pick up my wife From a seven day cruise with her 80 year old mom and two sisters. Then went to Papasitos for mexican food, then enjoyed the ride back home
