I need to replace the washer hoses on the passenger side wiper arm. I got a little over zealous when cleaning the arms while replacing the wiper blades. I broke a couple of those little plastic splitters as it routes along the arm and a couple of the ends were split were they connected. Looking at the drivers side I was thinking about making that all that new while I was at it too. I saw some of the aftermarket pieces at O'Reilly's and wasn't too impressed with the selection of replacement pieces I could get from them. they were way bigger and would be hard to conceal.
Has anyone ran into this before and what was your avenue to put this all back like it was.
I chased a week washer spray for quite some time. I ended up replacing all the hose and plastic fittings. I found the right size and in black..what I used are technically vacuum fittings, but have worked great. I had to buy a few packs of assorted sizes. I couldn't find a package of all the small ones I needed. I have quite a few vacuum fittings stock piled I'll probably never use. I got them from Advanced Auto, similar store to your O'reilys.
You might be able to get OEM replacement from your dealer.
You have to buy the whole arm $100, which isn't available any longer
OReily's was an example. I think most of them have different variations of the same thing concerning parts such as these.
I will try the other avenues. I know HVAC world used to use vacuum controls. My other thought is to peruse some "you pull it" lots and see if I can modify something else to work.
Might try the pluming department at Lowes or Ace Hardware - I have found a lot of nylon connectors there for my Hot Tub hoses - some of which are about the same size as the washer lines.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
There are a few wiper arms on ebay. Not sure if they have the part you broke.
I just went through the same thing with my c 5 99. I got replacements at a great price at AES Corvette salvage in Mi. Call Ty at 734 658 1053. Tell him what you need and he will send you some good used ones as he did for me. He is an honest guy and sends great used parts at a fraction of the price you would pay OEM. Tell him Bruce in Jersey recommended him. Good luck! Bruce

Those little connectors are not available as individual items from the dealer. When I painted my wiper cowl, I also wanted to paint the connectors but did not want to do it to my stock ones. I gave Marc at VetteNuts a call and he had some of the connectors in stock and at a decent price. I would recommend giving him a call.
We have anything you need for your C5 in stock. I can send out all the lines or just send a replacement wiper arm. Give me a call or email me. 615-896-6100 marc@vettenuts.net
I will take inventory of what I need. In a nut shell everything except the arms. The hoses are spltting at the ends and the remaing splitters look weathered. Arms are still good. Probably a week or so.
