Default Inside rear view mirror

I have a 2004 Z06. The inside rear view mirror doesn't work. It is the auto dimming type and the green lite doesn't come on when I push the button. The lights under the mirror do not work and the vanity lights on sun visors do not work either. I checked fuse 21 and 2 and they are fine. I checked the voltages on the connector and I have 12V between pins 1 and 2(ground) when the headlights are on. I also have about 6V on pin 7 and 12V on pin 6 when the door is open. So there should be power for the mirror but it doesn't come on. Any ideas?

Do your reverse lights work ? My reverse light switch went bad and would stop the mirror from working also. Must be on the same circuit and the switch is a known issue. Very inexpensive to fix.

For my own clarification you are referring to these fuses located in the passenger foot well fuse panel?

If not I would check relay #37 in the passenger foot well fuse box.
The glove box i'm not sure but the under the hood lights are very dimm. I checked the voltage and it is only 6.5V. I'll check the relay tonight and report back. Thank you!

I appreciate all the suggestions. I replaced the relay and nothing changed but I found out that fuse #2 10A inside the footwell was blown. I replaced it and that fixed it.
