So sorry to know Mr. Bill no longer drives among us. His universally well-received holiday C5 pictures threads now take on even a more special meaning. Wish we could see them, just once more.
Only now do I realize that he chose to spend so much of his precious last few years making this forum enjoyable for the rest of us.
Mr. Bill is now at peace, driving the wiggly, twisting roads of eternity with no speed limits, a never-to-expire drivers license, no insurance, and an unlimited supply of free gasoline. God is his co-pilot now, and they are no doubt grinning at each other as they drive.
You Nevada guys need to reach out and take special care of Mr. Jean...he just lost his best buddy.
My condolences to the family...so sorry for your loss. Here's to celebrating Mr Bill's spirit truly being free now! Just as we all love the feeling of "flying" down the highway in our Corvettes, it's comforting to know that those who have passed on are passing us while flying on their own highway above us. God speed Mr Bill!
So sad Mr Bill was Definately one of the few names you'd always find here helping others and offering advice. My prayers go out to the family. You will be missed by many Brother
This forum has lost a true gentleman.
I never knew him personally, and only had his postings to judge the man.
Not knowing him on a personal level is my loss.
True, he is in a better place now, where he will feel no pain.
Our prayers must now be focused on the family and friends he left behind.
They will need the Lord's strength and love to get through the tough days, and weeks ahead.
Like all of us who have lost a loved one,we do recover in time, and the strength from the almighty is what will get the family through this hard time in their lives.
