Mr Bill Update
I've never had the pleasure of meeting you or Bill, but I remember reading your posts about doing things together and thinking how lucky you both were to have each other as friends. As I grow older, I've come to the realization that good friends are one of the most important things in life. They are few-and-far-between. I lost two good friends last year. It's obvious by all of the comments that Bill was a good man and well-respected on this forum. There will be a void here that will never be replaced. Cherish your memories of your times together and he will live forever in your heart. You both were so blessed to be in each others lives. I'm sorry for your loss.

Surely we will miss him on this forum.
He had an enormous, wonderful effect on this forum, and many of it's members.
Many have stated words to the effect that he is in heaven now, but I believe that is more a statement from grief, than reality, as is the hope that he will RIP.
These are nice statements to voice, but you should try to understand, presently Mr Bill's spirit is busily consumed in re-newing old friendships.
Having been involved in the study of spirits, and the afterlife for many, many years, I have been privileged to gain vast knowledge on the subject.
Presently, Mr Bill is in the place where spirits go once they leave their earthly bonds.
It is not heaven, and perhaps it will take many more lifetimes for his spirit to ascend to the greatness of that place we humans call heaven.
Rest assured that he is comfortable and happy where he is presently.
I am not sure if any on this forum are knowledgeable about this subject, but for those who are not, I have solid proof of the afterlife, and what I have learned in the process has become an open door to what lies ahead for each and every one of us.
Mr. Bill is our concern presently, and many, if not all want to know just where he is,and what it is like.
I can, with all honesty tell you,he is happy, happier than he ever was here on earth.
I doubt he will be driving around in that Corvette just yet, as some have hoped.
Where he is presently, he will be given time to settle in,then he will be judged, not by his God,but rather by elder spirits who are of a higher rank than he.
He will stay in that area as long as he feels the need too.
During that stay he will reflect not only on the life he just had here on earth, but many past lives he may have had.
Where he is presently, it can be anything he wants it to be.
He only has to think it, and it will be so.
If he wants to drive a Corvette, it will be so.
If he wants to lie in a green meadow beside a cool stream, it will be so.
Again, he only has to think it, and it will be so.
As I stated above, I have been privy to a glimpse of the afterlife(and it was not done by a near death experience) and for the most part, we all have a wonderful experience ahead of us.
You can sleep well tonight knowing Mr.Bill is in a great place, and enjoying every moment of it.
One major difference there, as compared to here is, there is no time.
Here, we lived by minutes, hours, days, weeks, and years.
There, life is eternal.
There is no such thing as night, and darkness.
It would only be a natural thing for us to wonder if he thinks of us, the ones he left behind.
From what I have learned, not presently.
He will in time, but having just arrived "home", his spirit is pre-occupied with embracing those he knows there.
We, and this forum are but a small part of his existence when he was here.
He will think of us, and when he does, it will nourish his need to know, and feel love.
It will comfort him.
I have only touched the iceberg on this subject here in this posting, but rest easy knowing your friend is extremely happy right now.
He is "home", and glad of it.
This earthly existence for us all is nothing more than a workshop for the spirits.
Here they hone their existence so that they will be pure enough to enter the gates of heaven.
That takes many, many lifetimes, and Mr. Bill,by his early departure from this earth at this time tells me he is well on his way to gaining that eternal place in heaven.
Spirits and the afterlife are a fascinating subject, one which I embarked on many years ago.
I'll tell you, I have learned a great deal.
Presently, my prayers are not directed at Mr.Bill, but rather those he left behind.
In all honesty, he doesn't need them where he is.
His family and friends do however.
Bob.
