Can't help but to laugh at the photo. Looks like it serves the purpose well. Be good to keep my wife and kid away from the car in the garage when they walk by it....

I've been doing the "winter storage thing" with various cars that I've owned, for almost 40 years, and that's what I've been doing all this time. The key, IMHO, is letting the engine get up to operating temperature, not just starting it and letting it run for 3-4 minutes. I also turn on the A/C, to get the compressor running and circulating the lubricant.
