Original part number is 10246634. This is what come up when i search online for that part number.

Conclusion to my issue....I found a local alt reman place and they had one in stock that matched my original part number. 5 mins to put it and boom 14.6 volt at the alt and no "charging system failure" and it was only 115 bucks. Anyone in Central Florida I recommend www.centralfloridaremanufactory.com

P/N 10316182 should have a decoupler for the automatic. The alternator is the same other wise. It will bolt up and work on a manual, but it is not OEM correct.
The P/N for the 2001 manual is 10246634.
