I have these also...they were my first purchase...you can see how stealth they are if you look at my pics in the quicksilver thread. They really work great!
One of the best accessories for the money, for sure.
Might help you feel better... drove to town last week to just rinse the car off to start detailing for show in April. I had buffed out the rear deck and the hood...perfect! On the way home I met some trucks...three is a row...ROCK trucks...I slowed down to about 35 they weren't hauling *** either so I really didn't think too much about it...never heard a thing...but, when I got home I noticed these little tiny white spots on the front of the hood and on the windshield...I have seen these lots lately because of buffing and slinging some of the liquids, I'm using to finish the car...I thought they would just wipe off...WRONG they are freaking chips in the clear..... My pristine hood and windshield now have about 40 tiny chips..........d&*^ it. I am hoping I can buff some of them out of the hood... the windshield is just something I'll have to live with.
We use to live near rock truck route and it was always a pain. I have a few chips on front bumper and will order some DR chip to see if that will cover them up.
I hear the other guys in saying drive it and forget about the scrape. Understand however I am a nut about having it detailed. If the one we just 1/4" lower I would just do some touch up and live with it.

Again thanks for the input

I get it... yesterday I put clear over the chips and let it dry... this morning I sanded off the excess with 1000 grit.... then I've spent about the last 6 hours buffing out every scratch and small chip I can find...
not perfect anymore but, dang near it.
