Have you pulled the DIC codes from the dash onboard diagnostics to see if there are any issues you need to be aware of?

Welcome. Verts are the greatest.

One word of warning, even though this site is a great source of information, it can make you paranoid reading about all the problems others are having with their cars. Sometimes I have to step away for a while and just enjoy my vette.

Had I read the forum for many months before I purchase my 04vert in 9-14, I may be driving a "Z" or Porsche. Thankfully, I just read enough to be knowledgeable in my purchase. But now I own it and then had the tell tale response, what the H**L did I do after reading all the issues involved with the C5's. First, like everything in life, luck plays more than 80% into your life’s satisfaction. So hopefully the luck gods will be on your side for your purchsase and when you need help on your C5 (and surely you will) this forum s
