c5 speaker upgrade
Apparently one of my speakers is blown, im assuming ill replace all four. (WOW FUN), Im looking for mid grade speakers, and what do I do with the bose individual amplifier ive been hearing about inside the door? Thanks.... these should plug and play correct?

Well the rears are straightforward, the fronts are a 2 way speaker. You can't do anything with the woofers unless you scrap the bose amp and run new wires. Dennis at double d has a speaker upgrade package that has the rears and upgrades the muddy sounding door tweeters. If you woofer(s) is gone, then they are all over the auction site used.

It's pretty easy to swap out speakers on the c5, door panels come off in 10 minutes a side. I have a pair of Polk db351 for sale for 30$shipped that are direct replacements for your front twiddlers. I also have stock speakers too.
