Default Question: C5Z Wheel Spacers

Hey all, Just wanted to start up a thread and ask a question at the same time. As you all probably know, the stock C5Z wheels sit very noticeably tucked into the fender wells.

My question is...what size spacers would i need to make the wheels fit flush with the fender line? I am running stock wheel and tire sizes and thats what i will continue to do. Thanks!

I've also been doing some research on this. It looks like this guy is running 1" out back and 10mm up front, and I think this looks a little aggressive, especially at his height.

I just installed some wheel spacers on my 99, its not a Z but there isnt a difference between the a z06 and a coupe when it comes to the hubs or picking a wheel spacer.. Im running a 20mm hub centric spacer, which is a little less then an inch, then I stuck a 295 tire on the rear and it came out flush... heres the link to my thread, theres pictures..

Looks mean but there is a little too much poke out back for my liking.

Maybe a 1/2" or 3/4" wheel spacer out back would be better fit. Im going for a lined-up look with zero poke. I would rather have it a little recessed if anything.

That looks awesome man, only problem i have is that i am running stock tire sizes on my Z...so i need to know what size spacers i will need for flush (or nearly flush) fitment on a Z with stock tire/wheel sizes.

well the 20mm is just over 3/4 of an inch, if i had stock c5 wheels on the car and didnt have to correct the offset of the hub on the c6 wheels i would have went with a 1/2 inch spacer

So if i go with a 1/2" spacer in the rear, what should I go with in the front?

What is a good/reccomended brand of spacers?

I didn't put a spacer in the front, I just went with a 255 tires instead of a 245.. and I went with H&R spacers which I bought through vividracing.com also I have the hub centric style of a spacer

I have a Z06 with stock size tires and they look pretty damn flush to me...maybe a 275 would be better up front but still. What size tires are you guys running to think they aren't flush?
