I still don't get why anyone would want headlights that get yellow over time? At least the popup's never did this. If the lenses were recessed somehow to protect them from direct sun MAYBE but sticking out right in the sun like these do is a recipe for yellow lenses.

And the popup lights are one of the great features of the C5.

Never have to worry about stripping a gear or motor going out.

I just leave twilight mode off, I only put the lights on when I need it. My lights still work perfect.

To each there own but I love the pop up lights. One of the things I do like about my C5 and do not like about my C6. But the aftermarket ones for the C5 all look like add ons no matter what. The shape of the car and location of the cut outs is just wrong. Maybe with LEDs someone will come out with some with no bubble. But the C6 headlights do work much better. Much better light.

Todays pictures. Wet sand buff and install screens and headlight covers is all that's left to do.

Looks great! I really like the breathless lights. The bezel has more of a recessed area and gives the headlight more depth. I'm not sure of the light output compaired to radioflyers but I may go with these and play with the lighting options. I want to add some led running lights and these offer more room for different setups than others.
