Yes there is, if you take time to research you will find plenty of info on this subject. Do you own service manuals ? It's a tedious task that requires patience, so take your time !! 
It's not a turn one bolt or screw and done type of adjustment, Jus Say'n !!

I do have the FSM - was looking in them just the other day for details on the front parking lights - I replaced the lenses and added Radio Flyer LEDs. Who would have thought there was a spring in that thing? Glad to hear that an adjustment is possible.
