I had the magnaflow 15713 on my car with longtubes and X pipe and it droned alot so much it gave me a headache so I took it off after 1 day and sold it to a member for half price and then I saw he was selling it a week later.
Maybe it's not so bad on a stock exhaust.

I am actually beginning to consider an X-pipe with the hopes of getting some more sound out of mine.

Corsa Tigershark. I too had the Magnaflow full system, and it was too quiet for me. Great, deep tone, but even with headers, cam (big difference) offroadX, it was very mild. It also droned, but not as bad as the Borla Stingers I had on before.

I've got the same setup on mine. Nice rumble on idle, sounds good when going through the gears and loud, but not obnoxious on WOT. Best thing is no drone when cruising down the highway.

I believe the 4 are referred to generally as Quads... the two would just be Duals.

Running LG long tubes, x-pipe, and Ti exhaust on my Z. Sounds amazing IMO. More growl at lower rpm's, screams at WOT. Very minimal drone, if any. Not knocking Corsa and Magnaflow, as they're both great systems (Had Corsa on my '00 vert.). But as others have stated, your supporting mods can make or break the sound of the exhaust. Taste will always be subjective. Play it safe, and go to a corvette meet to hear the exhausts for yourself.

One of our vendors had a closeout sale on Corsa Pace car with Daytona tips, which I've always coveted. They're a little louder than I wanted, but I love those two giant oval tips. It's the first catback I didn't buy used. Had them about 8 years.

My experience: Borlas have a deeper sound but drone while Corsas are more raspy but don't drone. Unfortunately, each setup was on a different car so you have to hear for yourself. The only constant seems to be that Corsas don't drone.

Im going to do the by-pass mod soon and im sure that will wake it up a bit
