A number of the major vendors (Mid-America, Ecklers, etc.) offer some bolt on exhaust tips that look pretty good. My advice though would be to have them tack welded on so they don't come loose and fall off.

I have a set that was on my 2000 - black OME exhaust - they are from Corsa, nice chrome, each tip has 3 clips and 1 set screw, replaced exhaust with ZO6 TI set with OME chrome tips, so I do not need this set - let me know. Thanks

I have had Corsa tips on for many years - probably 15 or so. They look good, which is what they are supposed to do!

I originally had a borla stinger quad-tip oval. I had it converted to a dual-tip with 4" tips from Jegs:
