Radioflyer's Bi-xenon ACA headlights Available again
#221
I finally got my lights installed. I was lucky and had a friend who is the Master Mechanic at a Chevy Dealership help which saved me time and some aggravation I am sure. I upgraded the headlights, DRLs, and fogs. I like the look as it looks much newer. The light output is WAY better- no even close to factory. I had a good experience with George after some small issues with the first set he was quick to fix the problem after some shipping damage and time as I was the tail end of the last run. Well worth this upgrade!

I also ordered the bi-xenon upgrade kit from George, however I'm moving off my original HID kit that does not have the bi-xenon modification to align the low and high beams.
Did your kit work off the OEM connections or did you need a power harness back to the battery? My original kit from JWM required the power harness.

VetteDreamN: What color temp did you order on the projectors?
Plugs directly into the factory connectors. The only harness we use is the small Hi-4 harness that is located in the fuse box area only and keeps the high beams on with the low beams.
Congrats on the new lights. I'm sure the difference is literally night and day compared to your original halogen OEM set.

There is a hi-4 harness that adds a relay to your fuse box, too. It's just as painless to install as the rest.

your headlights look like they are the incorrect color, but HID bulbs will color shift over the first 10 or so hours of use. If they still look like halogen after then, let me know and i'll get you a replacement pair of bulbs.

I was driving tonight and noticed my driver side light shooting way up and to the left. I pulled over and tapped the side of the housing and the bulb inside the low beam projector is wobbling around. The passenger side isn't.
Any fix?

Need a little more information. Hard to tell what your problem might be from just this. Could be lose bulb, the arm for the light coming out, broken housing etc
