Did you try clicking on your name and "find more posts by DChamp"? You might be able to find the old thread where the pic was posted, and then the handle for the guy who posted it..

I'm not the guy who did the edit but I do know exactly how that is done as I do photography as a side profession.
Basically the image was pulled into Photoshop or the like, the corvette was extracted to a new layer, the background canvas re-sized and turned black and doubled in height then it was processed with a post process effect called Flood:
