It doesn't fit like factory, no. You'll need to modify your bezel or have it modified to fit a double-din stereo, you'll need to modify the radio mounting brackets to fit the modified bezel (and possibly the HVAC as well depending on where you put the double-din stereo).
You'll need an adapter harness for C5s.
The place to start looking is to read through this thread:
If you have any questions about double din navigation give Dennis a call at Double D Mods. He is the lead source for this mod. He did three of my vehicles for me. Excellent customer service and a wide range of prices and.options. My head unit allows me to bluetooth my music, hands free phone, passenger can watch a.movie, front and rear camera's. He has done more of these than anyone.
I used Dennis at Double D too. Very happy with results. I went with the 691 Kenwood. It is nice having a volume control **** since our cars do not come with steering wheel controls. The Kenwood's use Garmin for navigation, which I have always preferred.
I had a Kenwood DNX890HD installed here in Charlotte. The installer did a great job but the Kenwood head unit has been a total pain in the ****. I've had to send the unit back to Kenwood twice to fix memory problems with the NAV system - ripping it out of the dash and the car out of commission for two weeks. Kenwood has offered nothing to help offset the problems. While others may be recommending Kenwood, my experience says to avoid them like the plague.

I agree - give Dennis a call and discuss what you want done. He can answer your questions.
