Default C5 Electrical

I have a 98. Just recently the dash lights have begun flickering. I've read some of the forums and had the alternator, voltage regulator and battery tested. They all test good. I was wondering if it couldn't be the hazard flasher relay..
When I hit the brakes they flicker. When I put on a turn signal they both start flashing. I would like to check out the cheapest and easiest first and work my way up from there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thank you for any help.

Check your grounds and see if any are loose/corroded.

I assume you are talking about the 2 UV bulbs that light up the gauges? One on the left and right of the IPC. If so, do they flicker regardless of whether the Parking lights or Headlights are on?

I am thinking it is probably related to the MF switch. They are known bad actors. Could be a leakage current between circuits. The stop light path and turn signal paths go through it. It also has circuits that result in the IPC lighting up the gauges.
