Profiled!!!
Don, not trying to offend anyone, but someone stated LE does not profile and I was saying that was an ignorant statement. Cops are people and judge just as any other. Not that they always take action on that judgement. I've been profiled many times in many different vehicles.

Fun car ''NOT SPEEDING''. But anyway
They hand cuffed me, put me in the back of the squad car while my wife was afraid about what was happening. The two policeman said they are just ''training'' and I did nothing wrong...WTF...Was it profiling??? I don't know. But I am a minority and there were plenty of other people without small children that I could see driving near me.I remember it like it was yesterday. I don't think all police man profile, But I do think they might take a little extra look at a person if there younger in a Benz/Caddy/Vette sports car or luxury vehicle vs an older person. I'm 41 now but look young for my age and when driving my Escalade still have had ppl ask if thats my car or my parents
..We as a society do a lot of judging on the way a person Looks...Just my op.
Paper tag suggests you recently purchased the car... Could it be you drive it differently than the Caddy? Is it possible that you "whipped" around that trash truck at a higher rate of speed than the posted speed limit? A "flipped" up paper tag is considered "probable cause".
You are running a paper tag, you have already been pulled over twice.. Yet the LEO's are profiling..? I wasn't there so I won't speculate as to what actually happened. As everyone knows there is always two sides to the story.
What area were you in on 35? Lewisville, Carrollton, Corinth,. Reason I ask is I see you are from Shady Shores in Denton county.... I will say the LEO's don't "F" around in those cities...

Just like anything else, some cops have good intentions and some dont...but you can't tell me that cops don't profile. They look at me when I'm in my Vette differently then the old man in the Caddy and then harder more at the black kid with 26" rims on his Caddy.
To say or suggest otherwise is ignorant.
I'm Latino and it doesn't happen often but it happens. Doesn't really bother me much, I know I'm attracting the attention.

..We as a society do a lot of judging on the way a person Looks...Just my op.You do not "train" with civilians. I would have had them on suspension or walking a very long beat!

I have revved up my motor at them (with the Corsa Extremes) and they smile and give me a thumbs up.
Would not recommend it though unless they know you!

Most of the time if you are cool with them, they are going to be cool with you. Most police officers are are guys too.
I start every conversation with them (anyone as a matter of fact) with a BIG SMILE.
A hearty greeting, and go from there.
Pulled over once with Ex in car, and officer asked if I knew why he'd pulled me over.
I'm sitting there doing a smiling bobble-head.
He states "Because I can't believe a MARINE would buy such a 'girly-colored' Vette."
Another Marine, sees me around town, and just wanted to say "HI".
Another one, on I93 north of Boston, left lane, 70mph 2pm.
Crown Vic Cruiser pulls in "FRONT" of me... ????
I glance at rear view mirror and I've got a Crown Vic Cruiser Behind me..???
Then the Dodge Charger Cruiser pulls up on my right... WTF??
thinking I'm gonna be calling the boss telling him I got arrested (for what?)
Look back over at the Charger, and the guy SMILES and flashes me a THUMBS UP..
He Punches it, and he's gone...
BUT
I did glance the Marine Corps Seal on his back window.
Quickly look at the guy in front and there's that seal, lower left corner.
Guy behind me comes around 'gunning it' and there's that seal, lower left rear window...
Apparently, they were just saying "HI"...
