I did hesitate...only because I couldn't make up my mind between T10s and 505s.. I think when I rang John at CCW (based on what I learnt on this website) he may have thought, being from New Zealand, I may not pull the trigger but pull it I did.
Imagine the exchange rate...and the freight! 505's with new sensors and fitted tires
I think I'm the only one in my country of 4 million souls to have CCWS on a C5
I've never regretted the decision! They do take a bit more to maintain but nothing tooo bad...
Even though I said no complaints the only issue I had was the offsets or backspacing that CCW had for C5's, so I requested a tighter fitment and had a 1/4" added to the backspacing on my wheels. Mine are 2" lip my tire is flush in the front & is 1/4" past the rim in the rear, 1/2 degree neg camber & stickout is only 1/16" f & r at top of the wheelwells.
I just checked. My original wheels are still round and better looking than most of the aftermarket junk, especially the black ones that make you look like you lost your hub caps. Yea, I'd hesitate
Too late, and wasn't going to find a set like I wanted used.
If I had the money id buy brand new as well.
Used wheels sometimes come with their own set of headaches that end up costing you time and money anyways, but its the only way I can afford nice wheels.
Absolutely worth every single penny. These are absolutely sick!!!
Oh my! They are real sweet. The bright anodized looks several shades lighter than the hyper hyper silver finish. Both finishes look outstanding. Please mount and post.

Hoping to get them on in September. Have to get tires, late style tpms conversion, and am doing brakes at the same time which still need the calipers powdercoated, pads, and lines purchased. Not working on unlimited funds unfortunately.
