what,s best oil for 2004 350 corvette

Best? Best is impossible. Best for what (performance, mileage, durability...) where (cold climate, hot, humid, dry)... That said I run the factory recommended oil; Mobil 1.

GM recommended oil meeting GM4718M in a 5w30 weight. (10w30 if temperatures match chart). The factory used an oil meeting this spec. They used Mobil 1 as the factory fill.

I use Pennzoil 5w30 full synthetic because that's what the shop uses where I get it changed.
