Same here most of the reasoning was to help with annoying squeeks and rattles. Its nice to be able to hear my music or have a conversation with the windows up as well. Windows down let 'er RIP then I can hear all the exhaust and engine noises!

I know it's weird but, my wife is my best friend, I LIKE her and we actually talk...(after 38 years) so, it's nice that we don't have to shout at each other to have a conversation... when she drives all I can hear is the ROAR of that LS1 in the top range of the RPM's...she can drive the hell out of this car.... I dig it! It's kinda sexy.
