Finally got the interior put back together/cleaned up and the stereo wired up (temporarily that is)
took her for a short drive, it's much quieter than before (not sure if it's because of the quieter exhaust or the sound deadening) but either way it's an improvement.
Sorry for the delay guys, been busy with other projects. I decided to drive my vette the other day and the radio and ac won't come on. I replaced the fuse for the radio and it's working fine now, but the heat/air won't come on. I checked the fuse for it (18 under the passenger floorboard iirc) and it wasn't getting any power with the acc on or the car running. What could be the issue?
Cool someone getting there hands dirty and building there own HOT ROD good deal not a lot of us around any more ,welcome to the club of hands on HOT ROD builders.. One of the best feelings in the world is to say : I did that... Need some help just PM might be able to help . Looking good..
Small update, put the car up for sale, decided to fix some things on it in the mean time.
-Replaced the air filter
-Ordered some new front/rear speakers
-Replaced a radiator hose that came loose while driving down the highway (fun).
-Replaced the ignition switch which fixed my turn signal/ac issues and cleared several
codes for me.
-Lowered the rear a bit, not much, under an inch.
I'll be wrapping some interior pieces in carbon fiber tonight just to see how it looks, it's a cheap enough mod so I figured why not.

I have a truck that's my daily and it's far more comfortable/quiet for long drives, i've had it longer and i'm moving in the near future and don't need a daily driver and a toy car too. I've thought about selling the truck and keeping the vette but who knows.
