Sold the vette today

Well the day has finally come, I've been tossing the idea around for a couple months now and finally decided it was the best choice. The car is staying in the family & with the purchase of a house last year it made sense to sell it. Ill still be lurking the forum for parts and advice but until next time thanks for all the help

I'm a little different. I bought my 01 Vette (1st one) about a month ago. Because I have too many vehicles, I sold my 56 Ford Truck streetrod. I've had it since 2003 and it was a project truck. It actually one truck of the month and is the October 2015 calendar car. I know how you feel when you sell things you love. I'm going feet first into the Vette and enjoying the performance (and the air conditioning!).

I know someday I will be back. Corvettes will always be a part of me now and the support you get owning one is nothing like I imagined.

This type of moment comes to many of us at one point or another. It did to me when I sold my '00, but a little over a year later I was back in another C5. Hope someday you end up with another Vette too.
