I bought mine from the owner of the body shop that did the painting for Kewl, Inc. when they were in business. That was over five years ago and not sure if they are still in business or if they have any more of the covers. I'll look up the contact info and PM it to you since they are not a forum vendor.
You could also get in touch with a vendor like RPI Designs and see if they will sell a set of the unpainted ones to you.
