You know when you are trying to find a total mileage using the trip odometer count... only to accidently 'reset' it? Yup that's what I did. My estimate was around 8kmiles / 12500+km

Man, how I wish I could drive my C5Z from here (Southern California) out to Bowling Green, KY! I have been to the museum but I had to drive to it in a rented 2010 Kia Soul....yuck!!
At that time, this was the commercial for the car which shows the exact car I drove...

The C5 is a great car to drive on a lengthy trip - read 'It has a trunk!'
You know what though? as good as the NCM is, it isn't the be all and end all. It's the journey and experiences to get there & back that is the best!
