A little late but... I finally finished the video from last August cruise to the NCM & back via Route 66. At just under 15 minutes, it's the longest and most ambitious video I've ever made. Had over 3000 pictures and hours of video to sift through. That said, I hope I made it worthwhile and interesting to watch rather than 'Is this ever going to end??'
Enjoy!
Really enjoyed the video. Thanks for taking the time to put it together. How many days did it take for the whole trip. Looks like everyone had a good time.
Thanks for all the kind remarks!
It was a lot of fun to put together - almost like going on the trip again!

Our portion of the trip was 20 days (6 to get to Bowling Green, 3 in Bowling Green and area, and 11 to get back. There were a few others that stayed a couple more nights in Lake Tahoe after Vegas. A couple of others that had shipped their cars over to Carlisle for that show, ended up being gone for a month (New Orleans, Houston etc). If/when I do it again, I would do the return trip via Florida panhandle and the Gulf coast.
Guys, if you haven't done a major road trip in your beautiful country, you owe it to yourself (and passengers) to go explore! There is SO MUCH to see!! Even a short trip like 6 nights can cover so much area without feeling like all you're doing is driving. One key is to plan your hotel stay at or near the places you want to see. Or do a google search of the area you are staying in - you'd be surprised what you find!

Also, it seems a little jerky in places. My version on the computer is smooth but the YouTube uploaded version is not
