Are those windshield decals real sticky like a bumper sticker or can they be peeled a little to straighten or get air bubbles and etc. I'm not real good or patient with decals. Thanks for any replies of someone who bought one.

Not sure what ones your talking about but, probably NO. Most decals you stick on are not going to peel back off and be re-positioned... it will stretch them or tear them when you peel them off...
Take a small spray bottle and mist a little what where you want to place the decal and then you can still move it around a bit till you get it where you want it... then use a squeegee to push the water out... if you have any bubbles they will usually go away when the decal is exposed to the sun and gets hot... if not, then ***** it with a pin and push the air out...

If it is a vinyl decal it is easily removable (lighter colors like white tend to be the easiest to work with). If it's a decal made out of similar material to a bumper sticker that is sheet-like in nature it'll likely be rougher and harder to remove. And yeah as mentioned above it's easy to position any decal by misting it with water first and then squeegeeing the water out once properly positioned...

BUT...

In my experience, vinyl on a windshield tends to not fare well on cars that see some degree of sun exposure. If years down the line you change your mind you may see some visible discoloration of your windshield and a sort of "outline" where the vinyl was. This can vary of course depending on circumstance, but the risk is there.

This is how I have seen some installers ensure the decals are in the proper location.
