U can see it from the top or part of it and can get your hand on it but not at the point where it fits to the cowl but you can squeeze it will give U an indication if it is clogged or not. U can probably see the bottom of it from under car.

the first picture in the thread shows the passenger side udder from the top with the battery cover removed. it is long and goes down to the bottom of the car. Easier to see from bottom but still not easy to get to. hope this helps
I believe you can also take the rear, lower wheel well panel loose on the passenger side and access the udder.

I accessed the passenger side udder as Jack suggests. Remove the wheel, then the back panel. Then you can probably just "milk" the udder of any debris. Don't remove the udder because it can be a b**ch to reinstall.
