i had the same problem years ago i replace the entire line with small silicone hose from auto zone . those tend to brake over the year because they are made of plastic. i think it a pretty easy job it took me 1 hour to fix because i had to remove the windshield wipers in order to connect the lines

So after trying a replacement hose from Autozone/Oreilly's, it just ended up falling out after awhile. Does anyone know where to get an OEM washer fluid hose from?

1998 C5 - I was missing the washer hoses when I purchased the car. I can't find where the larger hose from the pump enters the channel where the wiper motor and linkage is. Must be a hole somewhere but I can't find it.

Every time I fix or replace a section of the house, another piece comes off. The latest is the bottom hose underneath the sensor. I put in a new section of hose and its now leaking from where the hose goes into the container. Is there some sort of grommet or seal there? I'm in NZ and if its a specialist part, I'm not super keen on taking the whole reservoir out and find I need a special part where the hose goes in that I can't buy in New Zealand.
