Do Camaro wheels fit on the C5? I wouldn't be opposed to craigslisting a set of used Camaro wheels if that's what it takes. Which wheel style/sizes actually fit?

The 4th gen camaro guys commonly use C5 wheels. As long as you use a 17, it should work. You may even be able to use 5th gen wheels, though there's a 0.67mm bolt pattern difference.

I don't drive my C5 in the winter. But I've used snow tires on other vehicles. They will make a noticeable difference (vs most all-season or summer-only), but a rear-wheel sports car will still always perform poorly in the snow.

I've never ran snow tires on my vette but in the winter i run Bridgstone Blizzack tires on my 2010 Charger Rt and they are awesome in the snow or ice. If you could get these tires in the right sizes you will not disappointed with them. The major limiting factor with driving a C5 in the snow will be ride height and tires imo.

Snow tires!!?? You mean drive your car in the snow and salt?? No no no no, buy a cheap winter car as suggested and save your 'Vette! The "Vette would be terrible in the snow anyway.

On the Z06 I have Continental DWS. Dry/Wet/Snow. The problem is after about 10-15K miles the snow part wears away leaving it a DW then it wears down to just Dry.

Loved driving the Camaro in the snow, So much fun! I had luck with Blizzak LM-22s for 5 years on the Camaro until I sold it...

I did not see any snow tires in that pic, but I did see a snow bunny!

If space is your problem find a place that stores cars for the winter. There are several, many of them offering heat and, for a little extra money, juice for a trickle charger. I used Vault Motor Storage last winter. Since then I have added storage capacity at my house and don't need them, but your car will be safe there.

Good advice. I used to store my C3 in a storage unit over the winter. It wasn't heated, but it was dry and clean and when I took it out of storage it was just like it was when I put it away. It was about 60 bucks a month, but the 30 bucks a month reduction in liability/colision insurance off set that. Probably cost more today.
I would never buy a Corvette that had been driven in the winter. Most people wouldn't.
