Help ID'ing this noise?

Help ID'ing this noise?
Backstory: Was raining a little too much and was unfortunately caught at work and being its my DD i had no other option but to hope the waters haven't built up. well I was dead WRONG, waters felt pretty deep considering i felt them inside the cabin around my feet lol.
I've been having problems finding where this noise is coming from, it seems to be in the lower part of the engine as a stethoscope has been used on all major "organs" lol on the top end of the engine. The link shows this noise not sure if you'll be able to hear it or i've just accustomed to that whine lol.

Is your AC on? I had a similar whine that went away when turning off the AC compressor.

No this is just the motor running with no ac on it doesn't change much with the AC running though
