No. They don't go under any floor mats. The one large pre cut mat is the cargo mat. The other 2 (shown above), one goes behind each seat.
Maybe I should've worded my question differently. If a person doesn't like the black color of these mats, couldn't a person just lay a different color floor mat on top of it?

THIS PRODUCT LOOKS AWSOME BUT BEING THE OWNER OF A C5 CONVERTIBLE I'M WONDERING IF I CAN PURCHASE JUST THE 2 PANELS THAT INSTALL BEHIND THE SEATS AND IF SO, WOULD THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE NOISE LEVEL? MAYBE I MISSED THAT INFO IN ALL THE POSTS. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
Just received my kit. I was already heavily sound-deadened with Dynamat and Ensolite as well as a Lloyd's Cargo Mat in the back, but this still made a difference!

Unfortunately the 2 pieces are not sold by themselves.
For one reason they are cut as a 3 piece kit. So to sell just those,I'd being ruining a complete kit. Sorry.

Wow, so your interior was still noisy with all of that other sound deadening in place.
Great to hear The Blockit helped! Whats nice is if you go racing..etc Just take the Blockit out. Then toss it back in for the return trip

No, my interior was pretty quiet before, but this still made it better (and a whole lot easier than Dynamat). Now if you could just keep the dash from squeaking after 16 years of driving down railroad tracks!
