Any of the Radio Flyer set ups that he sells here on the Forum. I had his first generation and then upgraded to his current set up. By far the best HID set up for the C5

I had a brand new set of those that came with my Z when I bought it. I sold them to help with car transport cost. I want just a plug and play low beam kit for stock housings.
While the PNP HID kit you're after will give you more light, it will hardly be effective in helping you see better. It is also illegal in most states and at the very least attracts unwanted attention from LEOs
Our Bi-xenon ACA kit may be more expensive, but the performance is top-shelf quality. If you goal is to see at night as if it were day, these are what you want:

You just think that's what you want.
With the stock housing you'll be hated by all oncoming traffic, and possibly get a ticket from the cops. The only way to go is with the 'focused' setups like available form radio flyer.
Ah the misguided 'el cheapo' route. HID's in stock housings just like the ricer guys. You get what you pay for.

there was a set of aca projectors for sale in the fs section a couple of weeks ago, not sure if the guy still has them... pretty much any hid kit with the correct bulb will work fine in those housings... hid kits have evolved over the past 10 years or so and in my experience the $50 kits are just as good and last just as long as any other kit... I have aca projectors and have personally used a ddm hid kit and they lasted nearly 5 years before a ballast went out... they are cheap to replace but ddm ships from asia and I didn't feel like waiting so I bought a kit on amazon from a place called kensun, got it next day with prime, and it has worked fine
