So only your opinion matters? OK. I was just trying to help the guy. I have seen too many people lower their cars and lose drivabilty and have alignment issues. If you don't like the way his car looks it's best to keep it to yourself.

When someone gives bad advice for no reason, I advise people to ignore it. The owners opinion is the only one that matters.

OK, let me make it official. I do not really have an opinion on BSMs. I do not care if a car has them or not. They are a non issue with me. If you do not like BSMs on my car, that is fine but keep it to yourself. If you like them, that is also fine, but it is really a trivial issue to get upset over.

I am going to leave the 2000 convertible stock.
My Z06 is lowered quite a bit and has a much harsher ride, plus it can be a pain going into parking lots and over speed bumps, as it has long tube headers, which make the cats sit really low. I have 4 inches of ground clearance at the rockers and 3 1/2 inches at the cats, which help protect the rockers, but the cats are scraped up a bit.
My 1991 is basically stock except for the supercharger and dual intercoolers.
The 2000 convertible is just a nice, pleasant cruiser to take out on nice days with the top down. It is not as fast as the other two but I do not care.
You sir, are a living inspiration! I have hopes that I can have a similar garage someday with the exception of:
1) C4 Grand Sport
2) Ron Fellows C6 Z06

Why are you posting on a forum if you're going to be upset when people have opinions? Your cars all look great, why does it bother you that people comment with non-insulting suggestions? No one said "your car looks like crap with the BSM's"
Can I make a motion to have all members who cry at suggestions post in their profile that they only want praise on their threads? You must be the same people who think there shouldn't be winners and losers in children's sports too.

Honestly, it's only corvette owners who care. "Your car would look awesome with_______" isn't an insult. People say it to me in person all the time, I simply respect their opinion whether I agree or not.
This is a general forum, not tech. It's sole purpose is for opinions.
