Default It's done.

Put it in storage today...gonna be a long winter!

But - I at least had the chance just last Sunday/Monday to take the annual anniversary trip with the wife - did a casino tour this year. Went from the Flint, MI area to Gun Lake just south of Grand Rapids. Weather was AWESOME so I took back roads the whole way through Lansing/Grand Ledge and Hastings...was an incredibly beautiful ride. Left there and stopped at Four Winds in New Buffalo. Then went to Blue Chip in Michigan City, Indiana for the night. Left the next day and drove back up the west side of the state through Grand Rapids to Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant. That was, again, and awesome drive - especially once you hit the back roads going from US 131. It just couldn't have been any nicer.

Didn't lose all the gambling money I thought I would so that was a plus. Getting to spend two days with the wife on an awesome trip was worth whatever I spent!

April can't come soon enough...

Sounds like an awsome time. Glad you were able to get in one last road trip before winter closes everything out.

I can't imagine putting up for the winter. Makes me glad I live in the south were I can drive year round.

Here's to hoping for a short winter and getting back out on the road.

Sounds like a fun trip. My wife and I stopped by the Blue Chip casino in Michigan City last year when on vacation - lost a few dollars but had a good time. Hope winter is short and spring comes early.

Weatherman is forecasting snow on Saturday here in west central Ohio.
I really hate to have to put her away for the winter, but the time has come.
April can't get here fast enough.....................
